Moreover, Prof. Hobe is active in a two and a half day intensive instruction in air and space law at the Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski.The University of Sofia is a partner university of Cologne University and it is with great pleasure that Prof. Hobe teaches here to students in Bulgaria.
